Hi, I´m María Laura and I´m from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Also, I´m a tourist guide and a travel agent so I know a lot about these.
You question depends on what do you like more.
From Buenos Aires you can fly to Iguazu, is around 2 hs fly and the only airline that goes there is Aerolineas Argentinas (www.aerolineas.com.ar), is USD 291 (if you´re from USA, i don´t know if you are from another country).
The other option is to drive, the roads are very good. You have 1200 km (I don´t know how much in miles) and it would take you around 14 hours. I went to Iguazu by bus, that it almost the same that the car, and the landscapes are just beautiful, so I recommed the car, but it depends on what would you like to do. If you have any more questions, send me an e-mail.
