Just consume calories at a higher rate than you burn. If you eat 2000 calories spread the meals out a little more and aim for 3500 calories. Make sure it is protein and carbs though. Carbs give you the energy to work out and protein builds the muscle after workouts. Dont forget to get atleast 25% of your calories as fat... you have to have some fat to burn. A good book to check out is the Abs Diet. Great book! I went from 120 to 140 in one semester. If you're underweight, then it shouldnt be very hard to get atleast 10 to 15 pounds.

eat 4 bananas n a bowl of cashew nuts everyday....top that with milk n eggs...also, go to the gym n ask ur instructor for specific mass build up exercises...make sure u dont lose more weight though! N hey eat 3 square meals a day, avoiding junk food. u wanna put on healthy weight my friend, not flab.

i can't figure what u can do. My problems are always the opposite. But you can load up on ice cream, bananas, whip cream .. Cream of wheat. Cream of Rice, Avocado's. rice, macaroni and plenty of cheese. bread, bread, bread. Creamy sauces, lobsters, wine, tequila, vodka, gin, beer, beer, beer. Stay out of jail. Oh bye the way, skip that just go to jail, they feed you plenty of starches.
