Every summer I get so tired; when it's very hot I only get about one or two hours sleep! Today was over 100 degrees; and the bricks outside heat up and all night it's like a sauna! Even with 2 fans going all night I still wake up! Here I am on answers with this question in my head!! Why can't I sleep?

Here in Florida we NOT only have the Heat, BUT the Humidity!
Try putting a pan of Water in front of the FAN! IT will add to the cooling effect of the air!
Thanks, RR

Go and stand under a cool shower for 5 or 10 minutes.
Then take a water spray bottle to bed and spray yourself with the light mist. The fans will help keep you cool.
You can alternatively lie wet face washers all over your body!

Is it stress from your life?I had the problem but even when the room seemed comfortable,it's probably insomnia, but if you think it's really serious(if u go to school u should) go see a doctor,or just take a nice bath before bed,

I don't know where in the world you live, but I would invest in a window unit AC. I would die in Oklahoma without mine, and we even have central Heat and Air!

What you need is an air-condition unit installed in your room, and after that, you'll sleep like a baby.
