The process of moving teeth is a little more complicated than that. In a months time of wearing braces you would only have the teeth loose or in a movement stage. The constant movement that braces stimulates is a process of which osteoclast and osteoblast are constantly working to remove and rebuild bone from the movement of teeth. The Orthodontist keeps these teeth moving in the correct position that involves the occlusion of upper and lower teeth and the alignment or straightening of the teeth, by the use of wires, bands and brackets. After attaining the correct position the teeth stay in that pattern for the bone growth to stop which keeps the teeth from shifting. It's also aided by use of a retainer.
So if you only wore them for a month you would just have loose teeth when they were removed, and they would shift where they wanted to without guidance. The Orthodontist would still charge you the same price for them, can't use them again you know. That is if you could find an Orthodontist who would do them.
I would recommend asking your Dentist about the Invisalign braces. But if your teeth are already good, what do you mean by, "make them better?"

I don't believe that any orthodontist or dentist would be willing to have you in braces such a short amount of time, because it would not accomplish much, if anything.
It takes TIME to move teeth. Your teeth are organic. Moving them is not like turning the screw on a machine. It takes many months to do it properly without causing damage to your gums, teeth, and bone.
The amount of time you are in braces has little to do with the cost. You are paying for a total treatment, not for an amount of time.

Invisalign. The easy way to improve your smile.
Invisalign is proven technology designed to give you the smile you've always wanted, without the pain and anxiety associated with metal braces.
Invisible. Comfortable. And Removable.
To help you get a more beautiful smile, Invisalign uses a series of clear, removable aligners to gradually move your teeth. You wear a set of aligners for about two weeks, removing them only to eat, drink, brush and floss. As you replace each set of aligners with the next in the series, your teeth will gradually move until they reach the position your doctor has prescribed for you. The average treatment time is about a year.
Can it work for you?
The majority of adults and teens can be treated with Invisalign. We feature a number of different case studies that represent a wide variety of cases including crowding, space closure, and more. Perhaps one will help you determine if Invisalign is right for you. But the only way to know for sure is to visit an Invisalign-certified dentist or orthodontist.

Well, traditional braces for one month is kind of crazy. Mostly because of the cost, but also because you need spacers beforehand for a while, and such.
Your best bet is six month braces, its a technique thats been around for a while, but no one has really heard of it.
They would be cheaper than regular ones, faster, and they would still give your teeth time to set before they come off. There's probably a specialist in your area that would do them for you.
Good luck!
