Last night I asked a question about what would have happened if pontius pilate had decided not to crucify jesus. I wondered if he would have gone to hell for it since he had not followed the plan that god had for him. The answer was that god had a back up plan.

So do you think that god has a back up plan for a foetus that is aborted or is miscarried? Why or why not?

The question of when life begins is answered with another question: When does a human spirit occupy a baby in the womb?

When Mary met the Mother of John, John leapt in the womb when she walked into the room. This has been interpreted as meaning John's spirit was in his body, though his mother had not given birth to him yet.

It is the spirit of men that go to heaven or hell after they have died (after sin/salvation).

Since babies that are aborted are never given the chance to live, their spirits go directly to heaven.

There is an account of a man that died and went to heaven http://www.brainerd.net/~wjc/IRCC/sigmund.html . He states that aborted babies, babies that are miscarried, or those that die you are allowed to remain babies and be raised by their mother (if she goes) in heaven. Or, they can chose to grow up.
