How much should 12 week old chihuahuas weigh? Also, when do they actually stop growing, around what week?

There is actually a chart that can give you an estimation of how big your chihuahua will be based on how big he is right now. If you search chihuahua growth chart it will come up. Mine is two pounds at 14 weeks and she will probably get to be about 3 1/2 pounds.

What kind of chihuahua ? Is it really small ? did you see the parents ? If so how big were they . On the average I would say that the chihuahuas are around 2 and 1/2 lbs at that age . I hope I helped and good luck .

If your chihuahua is purebred, and not a teacup, he/she should weigh about 5 lbs. He will stop growing around 3 months old.

You can take your pups weight at 3 mo and double it and get a close estimate of what they will weigh. Weight charts are far from accurate.
