does anyone know of a good one? I'm also not looking to spend a ton of money, I was just looking in to doing it for fun.

their are some fun games with free demos on the net tht we play with around here (we're structurals, but building them in the game is more fun 'cause its fast, and watching the truck go across and crash is fun). I think its called bridge builder and its put out by some east coast engineering school for their high school bridge competition. Its pretty sharp. Your given a budget and limited resources, plus some different pier locations and width to span

Autocad is only a drawing program. You have to buy add-ons to do any design. Do a search for CadreLite. It is a free finite element analysis program and you can model any kind of bridge you want.
