Once every village becomes self-sustaining with the help of it's own resources and those of it's neighbours by means of a strong integrated networking-system so that less and less people have to migrate to the cities for their iivelihood, that alone will reflect the true growth of our country as almost 90% of the nation is rural.

We need to make the world understand the importance of agriculture for survival of the human race and how the villagers are backbone towards this objective.As for as development and improvement of the villages are concerned,we need to build schools to educate the young and the old and also build hospitals to keep them fit.We need to make the villagers understand the importance of education in the life of a humanbeing so that he knows what is right and what is wrong and have the clarity of mind to work towards the progress of the nation.They should be made to be aware of the sensitive issues like the population explosion,caution against diseases like AIDS,Tuberculosis Leprosy etc.They also should be taught about the adverse effect of alcoholism, drugs and illeteracy.Most of all they should be well guided to achieve their goals.

Organise the educated unemployed in the village. Form a cooperative society and start with development activities. Service of the Cooperative society is not free but chargeable to villagers who will happily provide the expenses and charges.

he British administrators had prepared village notes based on their first hand survey.So,let's prepare the village notes based on a questionnaire prepared by the economists,technocrats,development experts,administrator,politicians,etc.A list of people below poverty line,illiterates,unemployed and underemployed persons,unhealthy men,women and children,and such people who are socially and culturally discriminated should be prepared.Then,we should consider the resources,like land,water,forest and other natural resources.the productive forces and the relations of production and the interrelation and contradictions between the two must be understood.A time bound plan for the overall development must be undertaken with the aim to produce the surplus and equitable socio-economic redistribution so that agricultural development is rapid followed by a balanced industrial development.The point however,is to change the whole system which is impossible to achieve without a people's democratic revolution.

Just take pictures of beautiful roads, bridges, parks and building from throughout the world and take few photographs of our villagers and combine it with your computer photo editor software. Repeat it for all cities and villages.

It is very simple. Only top politician or Minister etc has to walk through the village. rest will be taken care by the respective departments.
