yeah but it would be the same as that loser in the Karate Kid Movies learnign from a book. He practiced everyday from his book but couldn't do anything until that Pat Morita guy taught him. You need a instructor. Besides are you getting picked on Physically like getting beat up. If you are getting beat up everyday just report it if you can't fight. If they are just being kids and saying things and you just want to beat someone up yourself to act tough then maybe your parents are right about not sending you to classes.

Unfortunately no, there aren't any websites that can teach you Martial Arts for free.
NOTHING substitutes training in a formal setting (i.e. a class setting)
books, videos and websites are all just REFERENCE material for those who're already studying aMartial Art in a class setting.
they can't teach you the proper way to punch, block, or kick. nor can they show you the proper way your feet should be spaced apart in your stances, and where your ready hand should be, etc.
only an instructor can teach you how to defend yourself properly.
if there's an after school program at a local boys and girls club or YMCA that offers Martial Arts classes then I suggest you ask your parents to enroll you in the program so you can take the classes at your own leisure.
ask them why they won't allow you to study Martial Arts, maybe they just don't know what it's really about, ask them to come with you to watch a couple of classes at a local school and talk to an instructor so they can better understand.
Martial Arts isn't for beating someone up, or for just straight up fighting.
Being a Martial Artist is MORE than that; it really means that you should be the better peace keeper and only use what you've learned if it's ABSOLUTELY necessary.

Martial Arts Illustrated is running a series of article at the moment design for kids who as being bullied or physically attacked maybe you could get a copy of these, printed in UK. Class attendance is really the only way to learn. I did a search of past answers on bullying and came up with lots of answers try reading them too for some ideas, this is what one person said
"Sadly it is like war, it will always exist. We must continue to teach our children how evil it is. More especially, adults must recognize when they see it happen or are told of an incident. It is important to follow up immediately , make sure all parents of those involved are notified, conference with principal, teachers, parents and child. Be sure the truth is known and set consequences, maybe something like detention the first time with the warning of severe consequences for any repeat. These rules should apply whether or not the bullying took place on school grounds."

The answer to your question is discuss the issue with your parents. Show them this.
Learning a martial art should not be considered a tool for beating up on people.
It will give you increased self confidence, health, fitness, dicipline and provide achievable goals that will assist in your development as a person.
A good school should teach you how to avoid confrontation, I would also advise that you would require in the order of 3 nights a week for 6 months to start to become competent.
Ask your parents to let you learn martial arts for the right reasons and you might be surprised.
As far as school goes try not to respond to the teasing as this only encourages more. If you ignore them long enough and avoid placing yourself in vunerable positions they will find someone else to pick on.

Martial art training on-line is really not effective as a primary training source. It is helpful to support actual training. But you really need an experienced martial artists to learn properly.
As far as the kids at school. Talk to a teacher about it. Avoid the kids in question. Do not willing fight them. Do not get in verbal battles with them. Walk away when ever you can. If you are given no choice but to defend yourself than do so with the fury of a tiger.
Talk more to your parents about martial training. Tell them how it is good for your mental and physical health. Your grades will go up, your mind and body will get stronger, you will learn discipline and respect. Take them to talk to a martial arts teacher. They may change their minds.
It is important to remember that martial arts are a lifelong pursuit and not an immediate answer to the problem of bullies.

I agree with stg whole heartadly if your parents expose you to sex and violence on a daily basis(going to school would do that not just the media)then they should also be responsible for helping you defend yourself. And do not do it behind your parents back as some one else suggested.I'm sure if you discuss it properly and calmly with the right information under your belt they will see your point.the right information and the proper argument will get you a lot further than lying or having a shouting match with your parents, and anyone else for that matter.i would much rather my children do ma rather than on the internet especially here, show your parents some of the stuff ppl put on here it may change there mind real quick.

The closest I can say is that there are martial art training videos that show 1 move on the Internet that's it, and that's just a sample of a video they're offering. Sorry my parents were the same way, but they gave in because I needed discipline.

I don't think there are any for free online. In fact, I don't think there are any for free any where. You can join the Y and classes will be rather cheap compared to a karate studio.
Another option would be is to go to a karate school and speak with the owner. Tell him/her about your situation and ask if you could do work at the studio in exchange for free lessons.
I have put a link below, but it is a paid course. I don't think you will findany online ones for free

Unfortunately no. You would never learn proper techniques, since you wouldn't be able to identify if your form is wrong. You have to go to class, and it's going to cost you money. And if your parents won't let you attend do what I did. Sign yourself up and start going anyway. My parents wouldn't let me go, so I got a job and put myself through training.

can you learn to drive a car online?
sorry, but you need to tell your parents that either they accept that they dont mind you getting beaten up, or put you into a class that will help you. because it seems they cannot help you. shame on them.
if they believe that it will make you violent, then why do they let you watch TV? its far worse and can teach you to murder, rape, steal, lie, cheat, overdose, get drunk... the options of TV are far worse. so pressure them into helping you help yourself.
