The main two foods which have been shown to help against prostate cancer are cranberry and tomatoes (cooked; raw tomatoes have been shown to promote the growth of some tumor types in vitro).

All cancer-fighting foods, ie japanese green tea, berries, pomegranate, probiotics (kefir, russian-style yogurt, is a great probiotic), brocoli, turmeric, ginger, ect. in a reasonnable healthy diet are also a good idea.
