Ever since I've come back to school from Christmas break, I've been extreamly depressed, but not at home. I almost burst out bahling in English class for no reason. I ussually don't talk in school, but now its worse, I won't answer questions. I didn't talk to my friends a lunch because someone else was sitting across from me. Thats where I'm having thoughts of sucide. I'm worried I might start cutting there. Why is School so depressing?

School is a great place to be. No reason to be depressed.

Some personality types just need to be more physically involved in learning so in many cases, kids get frustrated because they just can't sit all day and find any value in brain games.
Hormone changes can cause depression so getting diagnosed will do more good than harm. During the 2nd 7 years of life emotions get developed. You really don't want to start developing the wrong ones cause they can cause problems for years to come.
Depression can be caused by not having much control over your life. School is certainly a place where that is more likely unless you can enjoy being there. Try to get schooled at home if that's possible or perhaps a private school will help.
Take it from teachers... public school is hell and lots of kids just don't want to be there. A more structured private school may be just what you need!

Post holiday depression is quite normal because you are let down after the holidays are over. I am a teacher and it was hard for me to go back too.
Maybe you should go talk to someone. Good luck and things will get better promise.
Plan something fun for Winter or Spring break and look forward to that!

It might not be school, but just a chemical inbalance. If you dont feel like you can talk to someone about it, go to your doctor. (Theyre sworn to secrecy) He might be able to help out by prescribing some vitamins.

School sucks bawls in general love. Its like a jail, but its good for you. I had a 4.0 till my senior year where I just got fed up and started skipping, it hurt me when I went to college. Just suck it up and remember that even though your teachers are a$$holes, theyre stuck in that hole, and you get to eventually graduate.
