I wouldnt come out of the blue and tell a guy that you love him when you havent even dated yet. Valentine's Day is coming up soon. Ask him if he wants to go out for dinner that night. Being it is a special day he will know that you like him.
Go from there.
Good luck!

Well, you might be in love with him you might be infatuated with him. Sometimes that emotion feels like the emotion love when actually it isn't. So be careful when you tell some one that you love them, that a very strong word that people take lightly. You don't have to tell him that you love him you can say that you care for him a lot. That's be better than to say to him that you love him,and he does not love you. Or even you like just for a moment because some one else might come a long that treat you better. So be careful when you tell some one that you love them and realize after that you really don't it was just infatuation.

Why should he be mad? I do not think so.

But, you make the move, talk to him, go out, be friends, go to movies, dance, skate together etc.. but you do not have to be the first to tell him you love him. Just wait. If he feels the same way as you do, he will tell you. Then, at least you know you both love each other.

If not then you know it was you who loved him and the feeling is not the same at the other side. Just accept it and move on.

If you guys aren't even boyfriend/girlfriend he'll think you're completly crazy if you tell him you love him. Try asking him out to the movies first.

Ask him out and see how that goes. I think its a little too early to say you love him. But he definately wouldn't be mad at you if you told him how you feel. Cheer up, you'll be fine :)

just tell him you like him and would like to hang out more and see where things go. hope for the best and prepare for the worst. dont be afraid of an outcome. there are plenty of men out there. if he wont date you maybe he will atleast be your friend.

Love need not be told. true love is felt and not told. The feelings of love for each other has to be experienced and shared. no need for verbal communication.

A girl should NEVER say "I love you" to a guy first.

The guy should always initiate it, because then you know for sure he feels the same way.

Are you sure it isn't infatuation??

BELIEVE ME, DON't SAY YOU LOVE HIM, YOU WILL SCARE HIM AWAY....

Trust me on this. Guys are unpredictable.
