I ask because it seems hard to date, now that i have been single for about a year in a half now....But, I've been dating this guy,that I think is involed with someone else. Part of me cares and then the other part just enjoys the sex. Hes really not all that stable when it comes to me and he so call "other life". I guess I'm wondering if I'm too strong for a real relationship.

I don't think so. i think you just havent' found the right person yet. And you shouldn't rush into anything. I'm the same way. If he's not stable or a good match for a relationship with you and the sex is good.........hey. It is what it is.

Go out with a tradesman, we are totally unorganised and love to meet independant women who can pull us into line and get us moving, we are also very good with our hands which will make the sex all the more enjoyable. I know you are thinking I'm a freak but I have alot of female friends who found a strong physical man with no care for the world of politics and striving to succeed in every aspect of life to be a great partner, see we don't need to worry about all the high paced stuff so we have more time to treat our women, and children, with the love and enjoyment they deserve.

good? there,i,ve been single for 9 years now,i don't think that we are hard to deal with we just realize we don't have to put up with unnecessary bull,we can make it with out the help of another,in my case I'm just not gonna give,i have my way ,i like my way and if u{they} don't well the road runs both way,it runs to here an away from here,that is where your word{independent}comes in,if you give a inch they want a mile ,so let them go a mile down the road and look

Independent women are definitely not at all hard to get alomg with . Seems funny that you ask this question. Not because they are independent they are difficult. In most cases they are in fact the easier person to get along with.

Sounds like you're a bit jealous. That's not the sign of a strong person. If you suspect he's 'dating' someone else, why not come out and ask him. This way you'll know for certain and you can then make up your mind if you want to just be with him for the sex and nothing else or you really want to be with him exclusively.

No I don't think independent women are hard to deal with. I just think it takes a real man to really appreciate independent women. A man who's confident in himself and not at all intimidated. When you meet that man, you'll see what I mean.

No way! You just need to find a guy who is strong enough to not find you intimidating. A lot of guys who are more old fashion when it comes to relationships are used to being the 'dominant' one. Modern women are more independant--as you said--and are looking for equal arrangements, not someone to make all of their decisions for them.

It happens a lot. Women who are independent tend to scare men, because they don't really need them for everything. Men like to know that we (women) need them to even change a light bulb, but when a woman earns her own money, knows how to deal with everything and doesn't really need help, men tend to get either scared or not interested. Well bo-hoo for them, I've always been a supporter of independent women, I think the whole deal of men who are affraid of independent women is so sexist...

Generally women are hard to deal with more so independent women.
When a man says he loves a woman he means sex.There is no spiritual love!
The motive of the person has to be understood so that blind love is avoided.
as an indepenent woman one has to think independently and take mature decition.
