You have got to be kidding me.... right?

WE DO NOT HAVE A DRAFT!!!!

In America, the military is completely VOLUNTEER!!! You don't just go to Iraq. His daughter's would have to sign up for the military... go through the entire process including Boot Camp... and then be deployed!

As for other Senators - like Sen. McCain - his son has recently been deployed for IRAQ - and Sen McCain is STILL PRO IRAQ!

And just to clarify - I don't know ANYONE who is PRO-WAR!

The Men and Women who fight for our freedom are doing what they know to be right, and if that means fighting in battle and going to War- then they do their job. In most cases, they are honorable and commendable!

And what exactly do you do to help the cause?

He's not pro-war, he's pro-justice, you idiot. Why is everyone having such a hard time figuring that out!!! I've never seen war either; but, I don't condone rape rooms, genocide, or mass thievery so Saddam could live in his golden palaces. You so-called "anti-war" crowd need to actually think for yourselves for once and stop spewing back the things you hear from your friends. Oh, and as for the other, the last I heard, we had an all volunteer military, so the Bush daughters don't have to join. I don't see Chelsea running off to join, so hold the criticism. And for the moron who said that only one Senator and Representative had a child in the war, that's wrong. There are more like 10 over there. Get your facts straight before you begin ranting.

he isn't professional-conflict, he's professional-justice, you fool. Why is everybody having this sort of annoying time figuring that out!!! i've got in no way seen conflict the two; yet, i do no longer condone rape rooms, genocide, or mass thievery so Saddam might desire to stay in his golden palaces. You so-called "anti-conflict" crowd ought to truly think of for yourselves for as quickly as and end spewing lower back the flaws you hear out of your human beings. Oh, and as for the different, the final I heard, we had an all volunteer protection rigidity, so the Bush daughters do no longer ought to connect. i do no longer see Chelsea working off to connect, so carry the criticism. And for the moron who reported that purely one Senator and representative had a toddler contained in the conflict, it rather is erroneous. There are extra like 10 over there. Get your data promptly until eventually now you start up ranting.

IMO those who have never served in the military themselves are hypocrites for even asking this question.

Of course people who have actually served in Iraq simply do not care of the President's daughters choose a different career path than the military.

BTW - why are you not criticizing the Clinton's because their daughter did not serve in the Balkans?

OK...again...he can NOT make his daughters join. No matter how many times this question is asked (and it's asked many times a day on here if you'd bothered to check) it is still ridiculous. In case everyone has forgotten we have a volunteer military and that means that if the president's daughters or all the kids of the senators, congressmen, etc don't want to join then they aren't going to be forced to.

its not that he is for killing people but he doesn't have the say the group of people below him has as much say as going to war as him if not more,(most of the people below him are democratic and if there true to what they say they should get us pulled out of the war) and he knows like everyone else that this war is to benefit its not like were going over there blasting everything to smithereens, but we are helping establish a new country so that people wont get blasted,(we made a treaty of it a while back) plus there girls he cant force them over there they might not want to go/ its the military if there are men available they will get picked not the women, ask any military person on how they feel about going over there i know 7, 3 are Republican and 4 are democratic, every single one of them and there families(yes i really did ask) say there so thankful were over there and the people of Iraq are too.

Oh Dear GAWD this has been hashed over again and again and again...

A new tact... We live in a country where at the age of 18 you become independent from your parents and are not "chattel"... we have freedoms here in the USA, and having your father sell you into slavery, sex, marriage, OR the military is one of them.

The Bush daughters are adults. If they choose to join the military, it will be their choice.

So tell me, when is YOUR reporting date to basic training? And if you have children of the age to serve, when do THEY report?

Or are you just one of those who will do nothing but sit on their butts and ask inane and pointless questions while trying to promote an agenda?
