A smoked turkey sandwich on pita bread with lettuce and tomato. No condiments or cheese. Baked veggie chips on the side or baked Lay's. Maybe yogurt.

get whole grain pita and some low fat chicken deli meat. Mustard has like no calories, add some lettuce and theres a sandwich.
add in some fruit, maybe some baby carrots, and drink alot of water.
I use www.fitday.com to weigh out what Im going to eat for the day because it has a calorie counter for all sorts of food.
Another thing you could do if get some of those slim fast optima bars. They are like 200 cal, but they have ingrediants that make you feel fuller faster, and keep you that way for like 4 hours. If you dont want your friends to know, unwrap it at home and stick it in a baggie. Theyre pretty tasty too :)

Try a sandwich on a bagel instead of bread. (Much more filling and satisfying). A standard bagel is about 200 cals which leaves a lot of room for fat-free turkey or ham and maybe even a slice of cheese.

Fresh fruit and celery sticks with a side of diet 100 calorie snack crackers and a bottle of water. You can still have variety.

Saltine crackers, tuna fish, fruits, yogurt, chicken or ham sandwiches minus the mayo, mustard is okay for sandwiches, cheese sticks, whole grains or wheat bread, (good for fiber and digestion). Also, sugar free juice or flavored water. Don't forget vitamins! Good luck.

im not in school anymore but i used to take turkey sandwiches on wheat bread with no condiments, once in a while i would use mustard. baked potato chips. and any kind of fresh fruit. and for a drink..water.
i also reccomend a lean cuisine on some days..

Howzabout sultana sandwiches? I promise (if you like sultanas) they are VERY yummy!
RAW carrot / celery / snow peas / beans / fruit / vegetables
Yoghurt, wholemeal sandwiches?
Wander through your supermarket and see what catches your eye. Be sure to look in the sections of the store that you would normally skim past too!

im trying to loose wieght too and i have exactly the tips you need to loose weight and be healthy and strong. first bring any sandwich youde like . then maybe a little bit of chips so you get some salt. then slices of apples. bottle of water. granola bar. any fruis you woul dlike and thts how ya do it.
