Ok,well me and this boy were flirting.I have really deep feelings for him.I think at one time he had deep feelings for me also.I still catch him looking at me,but hardly ever.Well,when him and his girlfriends relationship is over,will he still like me?Should I tell him my feelings and see if we can get something going?

If you occasionally catch him looking at you... then he is looking at you all the time. Think about it... the chances are pretty slim that you would catch him looking at you every time he did so. You should try being a good friend to him. If he still has a crush on you, then all will work out in your favor.
