I have just updated iTunes to version 7.02, and a strange playlist - "Ma liste de lecture Sarah" - has been created. What has caused this, or has anyone else seen this happen? I'm the only user of iTunes on my computer, and I haven't created it.

Hey i think this is the playlist that itunes has picked up due to detection of another ipod in the vicinity.
To remove this option:
Edit, Preferences, Sharing and uncheck "Look for shared libraries".

This basically ever happens to me if I truthfully have renamed the folder wherein the songs are in, or renamed the truthfully music document. Aswell as changing the places (yet you mentioned you havent replaced the places in any respect) an elementary answer is only making specific all your songs are in one document, then decide on all of them and drag them onto your itunes

Sounds a bit scary. I updated mine and no new lists were added...I presume its easy enough to delete?
