Most any fruit can be eaten in moderation, as long as you figure in the total number of carbohydrates into your diet plan. Apples may be fairly high in carbs, but they also have been proven to help regulate blood sugar and provide an excellent source of fiber, so don't throw the apples away just yet. Take juices in moderation, that is where you run into problems with blood glucose. Just think about it...how many oranges does it take to make a glass of orange juice? If you just ate an orange, you would still have the needed fruit vitamins and minerals, but without nearly as much sugar. Orange juice is what nurses use to bring someone's blood sugar up in a hurry during a hypoglycemic episode.
You need fruit for a healthy diet. Don't avoid it because of the natural sugars. Just be sensible about it.

Broccoli is good (for health - taste is a different matter), berries (strawberries in particular), and apples aren't too bad. Pretty much anything that has enough fiber in it to balance the carbs is okay. Believe it or not, onions are not so good; nor are carrots. Banannas and potatoes are not good ideas either. All of this is my personal experience. There ought to be some more and better information on the ADA website.

Strange but true that fruits are not advisable to diabetic patients because almost all friuts directly (sugar containing-banana,chickoo,mango etc) or indirectly (citrus-grapes,oranges etc) consists of sugar or it's kind (fructose, maltose, sucrose etc). But still some friuts are there like apple,papaya...but it's also should not be taken in excess amount.

Berries of any type, citrus fruit of any type, and temperate zone fruits except melons.
Eat whole fruits instead of juices, but even then, eat them in moderation. - 2 or 3 servings a day and no more.
If you're uncertain about any fruit or any food in general, check these links:
