she is old enough to be spayed. The sooner it is done the better for her. Cats meow out loud to tell the boy kitties that she is ready to be impregnated.
Thanks for planning on having her spayed!

I think your cat is it heat. You should get her spayed very soon. You do need to wait til her heat ends that will be 5-7 days from now. Make an appointment for about 2 weeks from now. Sorry you are going to have to put up with her crying, this is normal behavior for a cat in heat.
It is not easier to spay a cat in heat, it is actually more difficult and can result in a greater chance of internal bleeding. I recommended 2 weeks, because if you wait longer she will go into heat again.

My cat is about 4 months old and we are getting her spayed next week. The vet said the sooner the better because the younger they are, the faster they heal.
I would do it as soon as possible.

yes she's old enough to get fixed (sprayed). she is crying so loud because she's probably in heat and looking for a male.

She is crying because she is in heat (when they want to mate). The only way to make her stop is to get her spayed as soon as you can. Good Luck!!!

Mine did this too, at 9 months, I took her to the vet (because she was dragging her butt everywhere) and they said she was in heat and spay her ASAP. The vet I took her to preferred she be in heat when he spayed her because it was easier to do.
