You are certainly an almost believable, imaginative, story creator and teller!!! Good thing that you didn't really have this horrendous experience occur in your life - or that of a loved one. . .

The surplus horse situation is a MYTH???? It takes someone with no link to reality or so sheltered they have never been outside their little suburban world to say such a thing. I have seen the surplus horses. Had them offered to me and had to turn them down because I could not feed them. I have seen them die. MYTH? NOT ON YOUR LIFE!!!!! They past the laws closing the slaughter houses and horse values dropped so low that no one wants to keep them. Several owners I know want to get rid of theirs because of that and the NAIS (another story). Others are just getting rid of the horses they have and buying 'better' horses and by that I mean bigger names not better for any other reason. The horse industry is shot. There are still a few people buying in at the low prices hoping they will come up but that seems a pipe dream to most. What will happen to those horses, when the buyers realize their dreams will never come true? As I have said I have watched horses die and I know of people who turned them loose. All because people who have unrealistic ideas of what an animal is want to pass stupid laws without a true understanding of the consequences. BTW I am still of the opinion that there is no provision in the constitution for passing laws against horse slaughter. And I believe that the government should be strictly limited by the constitution in all things. Otherwise the government ends up trampling all over the rights of the individual. Oh and pinkcell, As much as I love horses. I have raised both cattle and horses. Of the two cows are smarter. (I have to grudgingly admit that) Oh and cowgirl. Horses can not cry in the way you described so you are simply not stating the truth. If farmers and ranchers want good horses then they need to pay a fair price. Not the two or three hundred a two year old is bringing now.

Seek legal advice and get all the hospital records concerning procedures done to him. You are entitled to those reports.
Ask the cancer doctor to get his records at to the procedure performed and how it was done. It has to be documented. for malpractice suits.

i would say inhumane....
but before u do something...do one thing..go to the doctor who did this and ask him for an explanation regarding this...it seems as whatever he did was wrong but sometimes somethings are done which might look strange by seeing them but they may have some reason to it...but whatever i hav heard from u.it seems to me that it was wrong...
