But if you are a wimp I suggest you rehydrate with something that has natural sugar in it (OJ as opposed to Coca-cola) or a sports drink, eat a little of something easily digestible, aspirin/pain killer up and maybe some Sudafed (if you are a smoker), fresh air, more sleep. But most importantly stop drinking the cheap stuff!

Oh yuk!! I know the feeling well.....Well, drink a lot of fluids, especially Gatorade. Lots and lots of it. And at room temp. too. Eat something light and if you have a pain pill, pop it! That always worked for me. And when I say a pain pill, I mean something with codeine in it. Good luck! I feel for ya!

Lots of water - you need to replenish your fluids as drinking actually dehydrates your system. In order to get those fluids circulating, moving around helps bigtime - even exercising (you may not feel like it but it does help). Contrary to what people say, coffee/caffeine does not help. Water and even Gatorade will help you. Good luck.
