and i heard that if you have a tablespoon of vinegar a day it counteracts any fat you may have eaten?
can anyone shed some light on this?

It doesn't make you put on weight, it just makes digestion slightly more difficult. As far as I know, the vinegar thing is rubbish...

I think the whole thing is nonsense I don't eat meat but I do eat pasta (carbs) with tomatoes and cheese etc. With regards to the vinegar I know in some health food shops you can buy products to lose weight that contain vinegar. You would need to ask there. I just love vinegar but I still put on weight sometimes

eating more than your body uses makes you put on weight. And if vinegar counteracted fat, we'd buy the salt and vinegar crisps from a health food store!

no defo not, as most of us have vinegar on our fish and chips but still the weight goes on our hips.
