I do remember almost all my dreams. Is there any way out to have dreamless sleep or peaceful sleep? Please suggest me some ideas to cope with this. Thank you.

at d time of sleeping just meditate for some minutes or say 'om namah shivay' for 5 times before sleeping & then tell your mom to do an oil massage to your hair then you will have a nice sleep

Every night go to bed 15 minutes earlier than the night before, until you're going to bed an hour sooner (will take 4 nights). This will trick your mind into having it's dreams sooner in the night, which not only is more likely to be peaceful, but if it's not, you won't remember it and think of it as a dreamless sleep. In reality there are no dreamless sleeps, just ones we don't recall in the morning due to the timing of the dream. We only remember the dreams we have toward the morning.
If you go to bed earlier makes sure you keep your eyes closed until you fall asleep. This accelarated your falling asleep and will not let you get back into your old sleeping time.
Good luck

Unless you wake up in the morning, tired, dreams are not an unhealthy happenning. In fact it could have many positive aspects also. For this I will have to explain the research of German, Hans Berger in 1924. His study of voltages that emanated from the brain. Four broad brain wave patterns were identified.
1. 0.5 - 3.0 hertz - delta - when asleep or unconscious.
2. 4.0 - 7.0 hertz - theta - spontaneous, dreamlike, hypnagogic.
3. 8.0 - 13 hertz - alpha - conscious, aware, alert
4. 13 - 26 hertz - beta - focussed, conscious attention.
So when you are asleep, your brain wave pattern ought to follow delta, at 0.5 to 3 hertz. However as you say your brainwave pattern is in the theta state which is 4 to 7 hertz. I want you to know that this is the state which is the intuitive state. Creative persons, artists, writers fall into this state when they exercise their creativity. So unless you feel tired and worn out when you wake up, you should liven up to the fact that even in your sleep your brain is actively functioning, while the rest of the world are dumbly sleeping. You haven't said that you have nightmares or you can call it disturbing dreams. You only say bad dreams. So there is nothing to worry. Just relish the fact that you are able to think intuitively even when you sleep. Means your brain is working perfectly. By the way, many of us have dreams too and we love talking about our dreams. It always helps.

It is generally believed that what you think, do, speak the whole day, comes out as a dream at night when you have a sound sleep. Thinking good, acting in a good way, speaking good with others always, may help you a great deal in reducing nightmares and bad dreams. Always pray to God before sleeping at night. Thank Him for all that you have been provided by Him,for giving you everything to relish his outstanding composition- the earth. Believe me, this praying to God helps a great deal in silencing your restless mind and gives you a very sound sleep. GOOD NIGHT! SWEET DREAMS!

As far as i concern, dreams, wether they are good or bad, are coused by emotional stress so be a decison making and and keep strong mental position. And till u can take sleeping medicines widely available throgh pharmacies but for that u need a doctor's prescription. It's so easy to sleep naturally, just work hard throgh all day and be a strong lady (by mind).

Well, u cant avoid dreams - but sure they reflect ur sub-consious mind - it means that u can control them (to some extent)

Bad dreams are a result of stress. Medidate for 15 minutes before going to bed - avoid TV - u can listen to soft music - and lastly read someting good - a religious book / science / art related. This will do wonders

No more late night snacks. Do not eat any food at least 2-3 hours before you go to sleep. Especially avoid the spicy ones.

Seriously, no late snacks or food. You should be going back to normal soon.

have you been going thru a difficult part in your life lately?

or under an unusual amount of stress, or the loss of someone?

When we are on 'over-load' for one reason or another, sometimes it shows up as your question states.

Other ways are better, talk to a friend, counselor, therapist etc.

good luck to you.
