It's possible you're losing fat and gaining muscle. Your body is getting less flabby, but gaining heavy muscle mass. Don't be so hung up on your weight. If you're losing weight/gaining muscle, you should notice a difference when you look in the mirror. That's more important than how much you weigh.

You might've lost fat and gained muscle instead. Muscle is a lot smaller and heavier then fat.
