I have been blessed with this gift for years. Can I define it? No, not really. I know when it happens...I feel it...I speak it...I only know it is so in my heart. It also manifests itself in some form and sometimes quite differently than I expect. I don't "hear" voices yet I know when it happens.
Not my last but I feel an important one was, "I will not recognize this country by the end of 2007" What that means yet I have no idea, I am waiting to see. This was given me early last year.

The gift of wisdom is acting in the truth of God. Wisdom is an applied gift. You can read and write about it all day long, but until you apply it correctly, then it will not manifest itself. All truth comes from God. the truth of men will fail every time because the truth of men is based upon self-righteousness, which is the sin of pride. Ecclesiastes and Proverbs are wisdom book, and they are well worth the time studying; study them, however, from a stand point of applying them in your personal life.

When your having a conversation with someone and you give them so solid Godly advice about a situation. Something from the bible. A guy your talking to is down about his Business and then you ask him if he has a partner, and he say "yes", then you ask him if they are equally Yoked? He says "No", then you tell him what the bible states about that..

when infidels and apostate unbelievers tell christians they are wasting thier time, it's a con, and they loving "pop" the bublle of faith by giving them a word of wisdom to save them the grief of years lost to this ilk
25 years of my life were wasted praying to a genie to get what I wanted and save me from hell
sounds silly be christianity is selfish motives to save one's butt and then tell others to do the same and follow their code of morals that put women as 2nd class and subservient, promotes slavery and ascetism
