First Allah is the 1 creator of the world , he's greater than to have a son ,a daughter , a wife or to need help ,food , doesn't become weak , afraid ... No one can know the nature of God it's higher than what our minds can think of .Only think about the evidences that show there's a creator of the whole world.Einstein said the whole world is connected in someway that shows there's only one creator The rest of your Q is strange you can't imagine that the creator is a subject to the laws of the creatures We are the children of our time and place. The God who created time and space is necessarily over time and space. He made U alive ,so Allah is alive , he made the laws of nature ,He's over them. He made U able to speak , would he give U an ability he doesn't have??!! peace

The true living God is the Almighty father and his only begotten son Lord Jesus,there is nothing much to it.But most of the people do not believe in this,that is why they have not tasted the eternal life which our Lord Jesus has given us.

In my opinion, God is only one. According to me, God dwells in those who have a selfless, generous heart. God lives in our own minds, but poor people search for him in the outside world. This inner-living God will be visualised by the self & others only if we adopt a selfless true attitude. Such a truthful selfless person is whom God can be seen in.

YOU! Yes, you are the real true living GOD. Don't you believe me, Then start feeling it. Sit down, close your eyes and start feeling. Say "Aham Brahmasmy". Say and feel to your ownself that You are GOD. Don't have any relationship with ego on this. Just feel and keep on feeling while observing yourself during meditative state.
With surprise, you will find yourself at that state.
