It is untrained by the owner. They need The Dog Whisperer program on t.v. or to take the dog to an Obedience class. The owners of this 1 yr. old pup need to be trained, too!

aparently the dog really really likes you and gets overly excited by the sight of you,but it sounds to me like the owners need to do some obedience with her, unless of course she only does this when you come into the picture, then maybe you can do a bit of training on your own,ask the neighbors if you can bring her treats when you come over, when you walk through the door call her to you make her sit and give her the treat,if she goes bonkers tell her no then again call her over give her the sit command and give her another treat, she will soon get the idea that the person she adores will give her goodies if she behaves herself when they visit, labs are NOT stupid dogs it won't take her long to get the idea

That's a 1-yr old Lab! They are super-excitable at that age. If you are worried about her jumping up on you, just turn your back to her and don't talk to her. It's easy to overstimulate a dog like this by shouting, saying NO! NO! etc.-making her zoomies worse. Just turn away until she tries something else (like 4 paws on the floor, or a sit)

it is a one year old lab who is not trained,,, labs are high energy dogs who need tons and tons of exercise,,, you may offer to take the dog out for some tennis ball retrieving and/or some walks in the park...... dog should also be spayed..... obedience classes are a must for this dog and OWNER..

That sounds like my dog LOL

Labs are immature for a long time and are very excitable.
