what i am talking about is that i have been to several funerals for indigent people,,,their body is carried by four strangers who did not even know their name.. that is so sad in a land of plenty. i would like to establish a trust for this. i have 20 acers of ground i would put this in the trust also. then build this cementary for all poor people.. where when they die and need it, there will be someonethere to take care of them on their last earthly trip. to bury them with honor and diginty..... to treat them just like your mother or father or brother or sister,,, and it will never cost anyone a dime... all free... i already have the money for this,,
and no i will not let the local gov. have a hand in this

While this is a very noble idea, you'll first have to get approval from the state or federal government on whether your land is suitable to establish a cemetery. Not all land is suitable for this due to flood zones etc.

You could still assist in this endeavor without using your own land, just by creating an organization that would be their for these people and assist with their final affairs.

That is a very kind thing to do, I agree that people should be laid to rest with dignity. You Will have to check into the legality of it....some towns it is technically illegal to even bury your pet, but I'm sure there is a way. Check with local funeral directors and tell them what you want to do, they should be able to point you in the right direction. Good luck.

It sounds like a good idea but you will probably run into a lot of red tape because of local and government regulations.
Good luck!
