Las Vegas is well known for its STRIP... Hence, it could mean that it is not totally bald as - Brazilian. As for Hollywood, it is glamourous... leaving you to imagine anything is possible.

As someone already said Vegas might be a strip since it has a famous one(although that's called a landing strip, but someone who didnt' know might have gotten stuck on the whole geography thing and guessed). But that's also just a guess.
Vegas is also known for money (read the wikipedia thing-it has a little bit about designs)so it could also be a $, and Vegas is also known for hookers shich would ne something else, and it's also known for blow so maybe it's another way to say bald or 'smoothie' since that would give you the best surface for snorting coke. Either it's a new term/style or someone doesn't know the correct term for what they're talking about.
Most important is that you got a guy to say he's gotten a Brazilian wax. That is SO funny nothing could ruin my day.
