Hi. The Bible never has told us to stop fighting the "Good fight." A good fight is one you Win. Jesus has already won the battle against the powers of darkness. He is in you and me. He can't fail. So when you & I listen to Him, then it's impossible for us to fail. You don't sit back and accept everything as just pre meditated and you can't do anything about it. Knowing that your in the last days can inspire you that you know what is going on, however you have the name of Jesus to stand on. You can plead the blood of Jesus as well. It don't stop there. Key into a Bible based ministry. Get a check list of how you can modify your life to get the blessings going. Get rid of the blessing blockers. For instance I got this list from R.W. Schambach. Do you have ingratitude? That is being unthankful...sometimes I have. Do you neglect reading your bible? Sometimes I do. Do you have a lack of concern for the unsaved? I don't think about it enough. The list goes on and on. Then here are the tools that help you fight a good fight. Ask God to forgive you. Determine to change your attitude in needed areas. Find a friend you can trust as your prayer partner. Thank God for forgiving you......One point is your not made to go through the battle a lone. Don't be a lone ranger. Partner up with a ministry. Get a person strong in faith to agree with you. Well I've already said that. I hope this helped. God bless you! I know the Holy Spirit is dealing with you for a call to a ministry of some sort, or this would not be on your mind.

If you mean fight the good fight to remain faithful and hold fast to your integrity, by all means, we should do that.
If, however, you mean fight against the wickedness in the world with a view to stopping it or slowing it down, that is a waste of time. Inasmuch as prophecy makes it clear that wickedness and wicked people will advance from bad to worse (2 Timothy 3:13), there is really no appreciable difference that a Christian can make. Moreover, it is God's kingdom that will put an end to all wickedness and wicked people. Not us.
The fact that you see prophecy being fulfilled - that you see men calling the good bad and the bad good - should encourage you to look upon it as more evidence that we can depend upon God and his promises. For if his prophecy is being fulfilled before our eyes, shouldn't that give us more confidence that his promise concerning paradise will be fulfilled soon as well?
The worse it gets, the closer we are to deliverance. Christ told his followers: "When you see these things occurring, lift up your head, because your deliverance is near." Luke 21:28

I'm curious to know what these "Bible Prophecies" are. I studied the Bible and Religion in college for 4 years, have read the book from beginning to end several times and probably several more times reading and studying certain passages and books and have never come across a prophecy that the Bible gives that is was not fulfilled already in the Bible. Which on of these "prophecies" are left lingering?

You cannot fight that which is for told. It will happen no matter what we do. We can't stop it. Why would you want to? As long as you know where you stand? Soon we will be in Glory!!! No more stress, pain, sorrow etc..... All you need to worry about is living in God's will and tell others the good news. We don't want our friends and family to be left behind. Don't necessarily run around screaming 'END TIMES' But make sure people know about Jesus.
See you on the other side!!

It all depends on what your perception of "ride it out" is....Mark chapter 13 verses 33, 35 and 37...."Take ye heed, WATCH and PRAY; for ye know not when the time is." "WATCH ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning:" "And what I say unto you I say unto all, WATCH."
If you Go back and read verses 5 through 37, you will be given the knowledge of what it is that you are supposed to be WATCHing for.....HAS VERSE 10 ACTUALLY COMPLETELY HAPPENED YET? Yes/No? Yes there is TBN Satelite network and Daystar and so forth.....But, do they reach all of the still primitive tribes that don't have electricity let alone digital satelite yet....If you've ever read the book "Through the Gates of Splendor" you would see that even in Equador, and so forth there are still tribes that are more primitive than you or I can imagine....So has the Gospel been truly "Published" in ALL Nations?

Christians need to take heed. We are where we've always been - on the front line in the battle for the souls of men and women and children against the forces of Satan.
There's nothing Satan can't or won't use in his fight to win. We have to continue fighting until the day of the Rapture. After that day, there will be others to take up the fight.

As Christians we should always fight the good fight. Never give up on doing good. For what if we kept silent and the one person that was to hear the message did not here it.

We should always stay on the right side. No one knows when it is the time when Jesus returns. We need to be ready. It is always good to do good. I would not use the word "fight" though. God asks us to love one another. That is a big commandment.
