if i eat under 800 calories a day how long will it take to drop about 5 pounds

Im sure you know that 800 cals a day isnt a healthy intake! Raise it to 1200 and the 5lb will go in a couple of weeks with daily exercise;

800 Calories is not very healthy.

Looking for just a quick bit -- this is what I found.

If you weigh 140 pounds -- 140 x 12 = 1680 is what you need. If you feel that is to much - reduce it by 300 calories.

Be careful with crash dieting -- loose a bunch and gain back all and more.

Its not a healthy idea, you should keep it above 1200. However if you must know (thats what the question is about) it depends on your metabolism if its slow it will take around 15 days with 30min workouts daily, if its really fast about 1 week.
If you start feeling weak start eating again but slowly and small portions, or you will gain al weight back because your metabolism slows down with these types of diets.

How long before you drop dead? 1500 HEALTHY calories and some exercise and you should drop that weight FAST! w/ 800 calories you're body will respond by slowing it's metabolism as a defense mechanism because it's protecting itself...

Maybe like 2 weeks, but you should realize that as soon as you think about eating normal again, all that weight will come right back on. Also, eating that low of calories could lead to binges which can cause you to gain more weight that you started at. Not to mention its just unhealthy for you. Try to just eat healthy, good luck!

What you are looking for is to do some walking every day or work out on a treadmill more minutes a week. ( Charging Cell Matter ) This boost cell performance charging them, causing them to burn more fatty Mass and becoming better charged. Much like a constructive work crew building a city rather then just a few houses.

really quick but , your body will go into starvation mode and take that food and stor it as FAT!!! i would suggest 1100 calories with 30 mins of walking everyday and you will lose it in about 1 week and you will be able to keep it off!
