First of all its up to the airline to accept a 28+ week old pregnant woman. If this obstacle is crossed, than if the lady in question has no high blood pressure or any other problems with her
health, I see no risk factors.

Well when the plane reaches its altitude the lady in question could go into early labor and because planes are not equipped with babies born early the lady in question could end up watching her baby die.

i flew when i was 8 months pregnant it beat riding in a car forever ( i went full term)
