First of all stop eating fried and junk food.
For today, sip on flat ginger ale or flat coke (stir the carbonation out of it and add some crushed ice). Munch on soda crackers (like Saltines, not fatty or cheesy kind) or dry toast. Sip on chicken boullion, or some chicken noodle soup if you can tolerate it. Eat popsicles, jello, liquidy things. NO DAIRY products at all. Do not stuff yourself...have small amounts every hour or so, slowly.
Once you have stopped vomiting, start a BRAT diet:
bananas
rice
applesauce
toast
and plenty of clear liquids (jello, water, kool-aid, watered-down Gatorade); stay away from dairy and fruit juices until the diarrhea is gone.
Your system needs a rest! If you continue to vomit and are unable to keep any fluids down by tomorrow, go see your doctor. If the diarrhea continues longer than a couple days, call your doctor and see if they recommend Immodium or another such product like Pepto-Bismol. If your stool contains blood or a lot of mucous, call the doctor.
Stay warm. Rest. Take care of your body. It sounds like you have a gastro-intestinal flu.

I sympathize with you, and am afraid I only have worse news. The stomach flu is going around in almost epidemic proportions right now, especially throughout the midwest. The vomitting part of it usually lasts a day, followed by severe diarrhea. Get plenty of fluids, and in the event it is the stomach flu, do not take Immodium or any other anti-diarrheal medications. It's best to let it work itself out.

Go lay in your bed and don't eat for awhile. Just make sure to drink Power Ade or Gatorade and water. Get some rest for a day or 2. If it doesn't stop, go see a doctor.

Stop eating and drinking!
When you're starting to feel a bit better, take small (very small) sips of WARM water. Body temperature is best. Once you can keep that down, eat something greasy.
