First my neck, face, and behind my ears are bright red. It feels like an itch that i cannot scratch. when i scratch it, it hurts much more. Using a cold compress does not help at all, neither does Aloe Vera. I have taken tylenol@6am and Advil@9am. I need to know what is going on. I have all the symptoms of a first degree burn but i don't think it is that. Please if you can help me and tell me what i can do

you are probably suffering from allergic reactions to maybe some type of soap or lotion you used. i have a 1 year old daughter, she had the same problems at first they said it is jaundice but when it persisted, the doctor prescribed different creams which made it worse, i felt like crying when i saw her itching so much, but a friend suggested using all natural organic products. i used their shea butter which i bought from www.sheaafricaorganics.com it cleared her skin within days. right now i also use their bath and body oils for my baby skin. their body oils are kind of multipurpose. i use it for her hair and everything since baby oils contain mineral oil and makes her skin problems worse.try sheaafricaorganics.com stuff. it worked for my baby. i have been their royal customer ever since
