Steamed fish is a pretty healthy option.
Make a bed of chopped onions, peppers, mushrooms, leek and fresh tomato. Place in a frying pan on a low heat. I have an electric cooker and set the hob to 3. Lay the haddock over the top and cook on low for about 25mins. Not fancy but quite tasty and keeps the goodness in the fish.
Enjoy :O)

I have several fish recipes, but the one I am cooking up this week is .....Cheesy Mushroom Fish Bake from the Kraft website. It is quick and easy and very tasty!
Recipe Rating:
Prep Time: 5 min
Total Time: 35 min
Makes: 4 servings
1 lb. frozen fish fillets, such as haddock, hailbut or cod
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Light Zesty Italian Reduced Fat Dressing
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
PREHEAT oven to 450°F. Place frozen fish in 13x9-inch baking dish; drizzle with dressing.
BAKE 25 min. Top with mushrooms and cheese. Bake 5 min. or until cheese melts and fish flakes easily with fork. Sprinkle with parsley.
I added chopped onions and used marble cheese for that is all I had, came out great!

Baking it in Parchment Paper, is a healthy alternative and makes for a dramatic presentation. Cut your Paper in a big round circle, place the fish in the middle of the paper. Use a few lemon slices over the top, layer some zucchini/summer squash around the fish. Add some aromatics like a celery stalk, quarter onion, or a sprig or two of parsley/tarragon/ and or a basil leaf. Add a couple of teaspoons of white wine, to add the steam, and fold over the paper, and fold over the curved side of the paper, making an air tight seal, like a pie crust. Bake for 12 minutes, and put on a plate, Open the fish in the paper in front of you or your guests to get the full steam presentation from your packet. This will also fork for Salmon, Trout, Ma-hi-Ma-hi, Tilapia, Cod, Monk Fish. But your cook time will differ from cut of fish and size of portion. Finish with some boiled potatoes will some fresh chopped dill, Bon Appetite

The most natural and healthy diet for humans is an omnivorous diet, and not a plant based diet, or a meat-based diet per se. The Paleo Diet can be very widely varied and omnivorous for the most part, but the most important thing is that it’s unprocessed, and avoids the worst foods that agriculture brought mankind… refined inflammatory vegetable oils, refined grains (some are worse than others), and sugar! Learn here https://tr.im/ZH02R
As you can see, the benefits of adopting a Paleo way of eating can be incredible! I’ve been eating 95% Paleo for the last 5-6 years and I’ve never felt better. I have dozens of friends that have adopted a more Paleo way of eating too, and have seen all sorts of health problems disappear, including eliminating acne and other skin problems, digestion problems, improving brain clarity, and of course, losing a lot of body fat!

Bake it on a stone, sprinkle with black pepper (or seasoned pepper blend), a little sea salt, and/or some dill flakes. Something about baking fish on a stone makes it great (like a Pampered chef stone, but does not necessarily have to be theirs!)

Poach it in milk with salt and pepper. Put in a dish covered with foil and cook it in the oven. You could also add bell peppers and onions for more flavour!
