Who is "we"? Green tea is a nice pure tea with no caffeine ( hardly any) and it hels clean your tummy because it is ht and has cleam=nsing properties. The anti -oxidant properties are kind of a marketing scam- yes it has anti oxidants but nobdy every gets cured by these invisilbe properties- its just a nice thing to make you buy the product Over time if you eat enough foods with anti-oxidant it means you may be generally more fit , but i'ts not a reason to drink green tea. I drink roasted rice green tea- I do'n't like green tea on its own so I have this stuff wich is made with green tea AND brown rice mixed it is really nice. Green tea is quite bitter and refreshing, but I don't know what kind of tea you mean that"We" all drink- you mean black tea? If so, black ta has more caffeine, and that's it, as fas as properties, none other than that really it doesn't have calories in it- unless you add milk and sugar. Personally I just don't like green tea- only genmaicha- the roasted rice green tea. If you're talkign about herbal tea- that stuff is crap and I never drink it, and don't like anybody who does.
