Any one out there got a recipe for it??

I use smoked turkey instead of the ham. Also i add dumplings which is just flour salt and water mixed into a dough and shaped into disks or sausages. You drop them in when you're almost done. They cook pretty quickly.

If you know how to make your own fresh coconut milk (if you have access to fresh coconuts) then try that. If not, then the canned coconut milk is fine.

Oh yeah, the recipe calls for "seasoning pepper". Thats most likely scotch bonnet.
