I'm already using windows XP and it still says that Winzip.110.exe is not a valid win32.application

you need win XP
instead of win32 such as win98

don't know about winzip but if you want a good compression tool that is completely free and easy to use try out z-zip

redownload latest version from the site & see to it that connection etc. is ok to avoid errors
