Sometimes they are so big I can't even sit down! I'm also not sexual active so don't even go there!

It kinda sounds like you may have something called boils or worse--carbuncles.

They are really huge and really painful. So DON'T try and pop'em.

I have had boils before and they are very painful. You may need to see a doctor for treatment. Boils (furuncles) and Carbuncles are caused by a deep skin infection with bacteria. You probably will need an antibiotic for these, especially if it is carbuncles. Carbuncles are absolutely huge, boils are very big, but carbuncles can be as big as a 1/4 the size your buttcheek. Boils are about the size of a quarter (which is still way bigger than the average zit and still very painful).

For now - Use warm compresses and keep it clean when it opens to drain. But go see the doctor if you are in pain or if it doesn't go away in a week, seriously.

You need to find the cause. A common cause would be the detergent you are using to wash your clothing (this very much sounds like an allergic reaction to something). You might be allergic to polyester. Try wearing organic, undyed cotton to see if it helps.

use shea butter, vaseline will not help. vaseline will just leave you greasy and eventually dry. vaseline is a petrleum product hence contains solvents that will dry your skin. i usually buy from sheaafricaorganics.com. they have excellent aromatherapy shea butter
