Non-Aligned Movement or NAM was established during the cold war period. It is an organization of countries (mostly third world) which consider themselves, not formally aligned with any military group (i.e. the US block or the Soviet camp). Although cold war ended in the early 90's with the disintegration of the Soviet Union, thus nullifying Warsaw pact, US military block (North Atlantic Treaty Organization or NATO), is still alive and kicking. The most recent being active participation of NATO member countries with the US in it's war against terror in Afghanistan and Iraq. Since, there's no other country or military block left in the present world scenario to counter the US (being the sole super power) and its military allies, it could now be rightly said that NAM has lost it's relevance.

NAM had no relevance even during its hey-day. The member nations, although intended to remain aloof from the US and USSR blocks, were indeed aligned to either of the blocks.
