Buy Aveeno's oatmeal bath supplement and sit and soak in a tub for a while. When you finished the bath, rub baby oil on your skin before you dry off. Then dry off and you will still have just enough oil on the skin, but it will not be greasy this way.

Apply a good quality lotion at least twice a day. I suggest Olay Quench for dry skin. I use it and my skin is very smooth and soft.

have you tried organic products like shea butter or cocoa butter. most products from big stores contains vaseline which will actually dry your skin after continued use. i normally buy from sheaafricaorganics.com. they have excellent shea butter with excellent aromatherapy essential oils. i live in colorado and the weather is very rough on the skin but their products which are all natural keeps my baby and my skin smooth all year long. make sure that you use organic products , they really help

Stop using soap in the shower and use a soap free wash on your face. Make sure to moisturize with a good moisturizer like 'OLAY'. You will be back on track to having noticably good soft skin.
