I was baptized in the Baptist church, but I'm not a member of any particular church as I like to experience the way different denominations worship.

No one checks your credentials at communion. It's the honor system. I don't know if the Episcopal Church would approve, but you can easily take communion there.

All Episcopal churches welcome any Baptized Christian to take communion. The thought is that it is Gods table, and no man can turn anyone away. Some Episcopal churches say that all are wlecome at the table - that would include Christians and non-Christians. Whether you want to receive or not is dependant on your own personal relationship with God.

Why do straightforward questions like yours bring out the flakes?

For the record, the Episcopal Church believes that all baptized Christians are welcome at Christ's communion rail. You can be Baptist, Catholic, Lutheran, Amish, you name it. That's because we believe in tearing down walls between our fellow Christians, not putting them up.

We look forward to welcoming you in worship.

GOD tells us a Christians that HE adds us to the Church. Man has no authority in ALLOWING A true Christian to follow God's will in how to worship him.

Christ died for his Church.

finding the Church that Christ gave his life for should e first priority in anyone who is seeking the truth.
