Go into the post office and get the passport form to fill out. Ask them if you're not quite sure how to fill it out, etc. I think it costs like 60/70 pounds, but I'm not sure.

I found a site on how to go about renewing it
http://www.passport.gov.uk/passport_renewing.asp
There is also an online application form you can print off on there!

Go to the Post office and get a form for a full passport,Fill in the form,You will need your Birth cert,2Passport photos That have been signed by your GP to verify that you are the person in the photos,I cant remember how much the cost of a passport is,But i think that it is around £40.
When you have got all the relevant information take it all to the Post office and they will check it all and send it to the passport office for you,It will take about 6weeks for the passport to be sent to your home

Firstly it depends where you live and what citizenship you have. If you're a citizen of the country in which you live there will probably be lots of passport offices around the country where you can take your completed application for a new passport. To find the closest check the government listings in your phone directory. If you're a citizen of a different country than the one in which you live, you'll have to find a Consulate of your country of citizenship that can issue you a new passport.

Hi, If you just type in passports on line it will come up with the main site and you can actually fill all the details in on line just send it and a few days later your filled out application will arrive get photo's and sign and send back, you will most probably look a bit different to your last photo so you will have to get someone to sign the back and fill in part of the form, send send you all the info in with the pack though.

The Passport Office http://www.passport.gov.uk/index.asp provides information on how to renew and the cost. Some Post Offices also offer the passport renewal service so you may also want to speak to your Post Office.

I even have on no account heard of "updating" a passport. whether that's through run out, you're able to desire to renew it. And NO...the quantity easily would not stay the comparable. you are able to clarify this to the holiday organizer. supply your present day quantity, then once you get your new pa activity, call and supply that quantity. Or, carry the two passports once you verify in for the sake of acceptable I.D. i've got self assurance their objective in inquiring for a passport quantity is merely to envision which you have one and are not dropping their time.
