Cause you know almost everyone is eating meat. They count it as normal. The vegetarians dont eat meat and are "special", if u know what I mean. There are vegetarians and all the others are meat eaters, so they just say vegetarians for the once and for all the others are meat eaters.

Because meat eaters tend to eat other things too, like vegetables, so it would basically be like a section for 'normal' eaters. Therefore, no point just put the question in 'food'

Well I do not think there are true carnivores among humans. We are Omnivores,so we do not need a separate section.
