How the hell do you expect an answer to that? This is Y! answers not the mystics channel. It will be cold. It might snow. But given that we've had one the weirdest winters yet, if it does snow, it won't settle.

If it does snow everything stops.
If you can tell if its stopped or not is another thing their very laid back up there
