what casues bone infarcts?

the bones have shown that the blood flow to the bone(joint) a nd the jobs done.

Primarily the Infarct is Due to a Clot, I've Repeatedly Seen this In Patients With Sickle Cell Disease, Many Times it is Very Painful, Sometimes Not (e. g. "Autospleenectomy"), a "Sickling Crisis"
