Cut up some veggies like carrots and celery sticks. You can find ready made dips or you can make your own with sour cream.

Find some Hummus from the health food store or if you local grocery store carries it. You can make a veggie pita with hummus and vegetables in a pita pocket.

The canned ones are already cooked and with out the work since you don't want to cook them.

Or you can make your own.

You can also make sandwiches with tuna or salmon. Water packed is the best and you can drain off the water before you make a sandwich spread. You can use mayo and some tomatoes on some nice whole grain bread.

If you want to make it fancy then you can cut off the crusts after you have made the sandwiches and once you cut off the crusts you can cut the sandwich into fours.

Don't throw away those crusts because you can cut of the crusts and use them for dipping in your hummus. Never waste food because there is always a way to use every thing.
