have u seen the bean on the tv that says 5 exercises 5 mins u should try that it may work for u plus if u wanted to improve on anything else the bean is for u to try. it works on ur lower abs ur thighs , butt & much more its an all in 1 exercise

Sit-ups, crunches. Do them every night, you'll soon see the difference. Try to do 50 crunches, 10 sit-ups and 10 press-ups a night. Then increase the number as you get better. :)

To tone muscles you need 1000s of situps. Situp to the centre and then left and right.
However, if you've got fat down there you'll never see the muscles.
