Back in my younger days, ( I'm in my 50s) it was meant as getting a guy all worked up (hot and erect), maintaining that condition for a lengthy period of time and then calling off the situation, and getting away from the location leaving the male in a real excited state and giving him no satisfaction. I've had it happen to me and it gives the male a very unpleasant feeling and can be extremely pain-full

Well you dont actually blue ball a guy. Blue balls is the term given when a guy is aroused but doesnt.....get relief. It is fictional and cannot cause damage to them....as much as they say it !can

It does harm a little for a while, till he reaches to point of no return...
Then release will come during asleep...
