Because your sinuses are congested and swollen, which presses against the bones in your head and makes them ache. Drink plenty of fluids, take Tylenol, and get some rest. Sometimes Sudafed tablets will help also. Hope you feel better!

Many reasons for headaches.

Muscle tightness.
Increased blood or sinus pressure.

Check with your Dr. to be safe.
